1. Account Registration and Device Usage

1.1 One Account Per Device

To maintain fair play and protect our revenue model, each user is strictly limited to one account per device. Device identification is based on browser fingerprint, IP address, and other technical data collected during each request. Creating or attempting to use multiple accounts from the same device is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of earnings.

1.2 Account Fixation on Browser Data

Your account is tied to the device/browser fingerprint collected at registration. If significant changes to your browser or device data are detected (e.g., new browser, cleared cookies, changed operating system), your account may be temporarily frozen pending verification. We reserve the right to provide a "fixed account" – meaning your account will remain associated with the original fingerprint and any updates to your browser data will require re‑verification to ensure continued security.

2. Data Collection and Consent

2.1 Device/Browser Data Collection

You agree that we collect and store device and browser data (including IP address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and other technical identifiers) on every HTTP request. This data is used to enforce the one‑account‑per‑device policy, prevent fraud, and maintain platform integrity.

2.2 Personal Information

To verify your identity and comply with anti‑fraud requirements, you must provide your full legal name and a copy of a valid government‑issued ID (e.g., passport, driver's license, national ID). You agree to the collection and storage of this data.

2.3 Email and Payment Details

We collect your email address for account‑related notifications and your GCash/Maya number for processing withdrawals. By providing these details, you consent to receiving transactional emails and having your earnings transferred to the specified account.

3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

• You must not create more than one account on a single device.
• You must not use any automated means (bots, scripts) to play games or earn coins.
• You must not attempt to manipulate game results or earnings.
• You must not provide false personal information or use another person's identity.
• You must not engage in any activity that could harm the platform, its users, or its revenue model.

4. Earnings and Withdrawals

Coins earned through gameplay can be withdrawn according to our withdrawal policy. Withdrawals are processed via GCash. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are subject to change and will be communicated on the withdrawal page. Any attempts to fraudulently obtain earnings will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts on the same device, providing false information, cheating, or engaging in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, any pending earnings may be forfeited.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

7. Limitation of Liability

GameEarn is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
